HISTORY

The Church dates back to the 1860’s and was originally constructed as a non-denominational church for the local farming community.
It later became a Presbyterian Church with monthly services until 1996. It has since been restored to provide charming and unique accommodation.

Much of the original character of the church remains; the magnificent stained glass windows, soaring timber-lined ceilings and the heavy wood doors. Two of the original pews have been found and reunited with its building and the original pulpit has been imaginatively combined into the stairwell, providing a majestic view over your ‘congregation’. At the right time of day you’ll find yourself flooded with colour from the original led light rose window.
